ABCO Fire Protection was one of the first service companies in Ohio to attract customers through B-B and B-C social interactions.  They submit to a well organized quarterly content strategy that combines custom blogs, facebook, twitter, and an emarketing push campaign.  The topic of fire safety has high traffic patterns to the general consumer, and in turn those conversations have produced a very high conversion rate when combined with emarketing.

A summer promotion involving fire safety training included a Facebook promotional campaign, a targeted emarketing push, a well-educated sales staff, and blog content that focused on safety products as well as the service offering.

MJ2 Marketing results:

200% - Percentage of increase in web stats when promotion launched- direct clicks to ABCOfire.com.

27 Sales/Conversions!  This is the number of new or returning customers that signed up for training after being contacted through the web regarding the promotion.

6 - New client inquiries that phoned direct from the web/social promotion that were not previous ABCO customers.

215 - New Facebook fans that received ABCO updates during the promotion through the feed.  Over 50% went out to the website from Facebook during those two weeks.

22 – blog posts were written, read and tweeted during the promotion around the products, safety tips, fire safety training. On average, the blog received 100 hits once the articles were posted, and increased same-day traffic to the website/promotions area after the morning posts on Mondays/Wednesdays.
